Are Menagerie Cosmetics products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During new collection launches or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days before your package is handed to the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications, but please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Are your eyeshadow palettes safe for sensitive eyes?
Our formulas are designed with high-quality ingredients, but we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page and performing a patch test if you have known sensitivities.
